Friday Favorites 2.16.18

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a great week and got to celebrate Valentine's Day with loved ones. You can check out how we celebrated V-Day in my last post here!
Today I've rounded up some of my favorite things from the past couple weeks that I think you'll love too. Oh and, in case you missed it, I'm now on LIKEtoKNOW.it! Now you can shop my looks via the links in my blog or via my LIKEtoKNOW.it profile. I've also included a "Shop My Looks" page on my blog where you can, you guessed it, shop my looks! Talk about a unique page name.

Helloooooooooooo after Valentine's Day sales are the BEST! I love to go to the store and candy, flowers, and cute pink decor all crazy marked down. I have no shame. I also do the same thing after Easter and it's just wonderful (honestly, I might have a problem).

Pro Tip: My brother does the cutest thing after Valentine's Day and gets loads of flowers (we're talking 6+ bouquets) for his girlfriend and puts them all around their apartment. How perfect is that?
Target's new line, Universal Thread, is incredibly stylish, inclusive, and environmentally conscious. The collection's ideology is "Design for All" and includes sensory friendly fabrics, a very wide range of sizes, and adaptive fit jeans that are designed to be both more comfortable to wear and easier to put on. I love the fact that Universal Thread is so diverse and inclusive and does not sacrifice an ounce of style.
The pieces in the collection are wardrobe staples with classic, minimalist design. Jeans, purses, jewelry, shoes, tops, jackets, shorts, rompers, and dresses are all included in the Universal Thread line and I cannot wait to style some pieces! Oh, one last thing, the prices are amazing! From what I could tell, all of the items in the collection are under $40 and the bulk of the pieces are under $30. I was totally blown away by that especially considering all of the variety/eco consciousness in the collection. Check out some of my very favorite pieces below!

I've forever sworn by the app A Color Story for all my mobile photo editing needs. Now the maker's of that app, the bloggers behind A Beautiful Mess, has created a brand new design app called A Design Kit! This new app has lots of fonts, graphics, brushes, textures, and other fun things to play with so you can add some pizzazz to your social media/blog/phone screen/whatever. It's also directly integrated with A Color Story so you can doodle directly on your edited pics!
Oh, also, A Color Story just added some new functionality that lets you plan your Instagram feed and posts. How great is that? I would definitely recommend downloading both of them ASAP! They're free in the app store but do have content in the app available to purchase. Even without purchasing anything in the app, they are still very robust and useful!
Cinnamon Toast Crunch (without milk) is my favorite snack right now. I don't have much else to say about this, it's just another favorite ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Fibbage "the lying, bluffing, fib-till-you-win trivia party game from the makers of YOU DON'T KNOW JACK" that you can play with 2 - 8 people on a variety of devices. Corey and I played this game (and the others in the Jackbox Party Pack) nonstop this past weekend with his family! Thanks to our friends Devin and Bill for the recommendation!
What are some of your favorite things from the past couple of weeks? Drop a comment below, I want to hear all about it! Also, make sure to check me out on Instagram and Facebook to keep up with all my posts!
